Coaches and bench staff are essential to the game, and MDRA is dedicated to supporting you to help make your season a successful one.
The Metcalfe and District Ringette Association (MDRA) shares Ringette Ontario’s belief that team staff are the foundation of successful teams.

The Metcalfe & District Ringette Association (MDRA) is now accepting applications for Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and Junior Coach positions for the 2026-2027 season!
Whether you are a returning coach looking to continue your coaching journey or someone interested in stepping behind the bench for the first time, we would love to have you join the MDRA coaching team.
Coaching is one of the most rewarding ways to be involved in sport. Coaches help athletes develop skills, build confidence, learn teamwork, and create memories that last far beyond the rink.
MDRA is committed to supporting our coaches throughout their coaching journey. We offer reimbursement for eligible coaching courses, provide resources to help coaches succeed, and are always available to answer questions or provide guidance.

MDRA is also accepting applications for our Junior Coach Program.
Junior Coaches have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, mentor younger athletes, and gain valuable coaching experience while giving back to the sport they love.
Please note that team offerings may be adjusted following player evaluations and team formation to best meet registration numbers, player development, and the operational needs of the association.

MDRA will reimburse approved coaching course fees. If you register for and successfully complete a course that has a cost, please submit your receipt to the Treasurer for reimbursement.
