MDRA Head & Assistant Coach Applications Now Open for the 2026-2027 Season

Jul. 13, 2026

Dear MDRA Members,

We hope everyone is enjoying a wonderful summer and taking time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the season. As we look ahead to the fall, excitement is building as we prepare to get back into the rink for another great Ringette season.

MDRA is now accepting applications for Head Coach and Assistant Coach positions for the 2026-2027 season. We are looking for passionate volunteers who are excited to be part of the MDRA community and help create a positive, fun, and development-focused experience for our athletes.

Coaching is one of the most rewarding ways to be involved in sport. It provides an opportunity to make a lasting impact, build confidence in young athletes, and support their growth both on and off the ice. A great coach does more than teach skills — they help athletes develop teamwork, resilience, confidence, and a lifelong love of the game.

We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about player development and committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for all athletes.

Whether you are a returning coach looking to continue your coaching journey, or someone interested in stepping behind the bench for the first time, we would love to have you join the MDRA coaching team!

No matter your level of experience, MDRA is committed to supporting our coaches and helping them succeed. We offer reimbursement for eligible coaching courses, and all information regarding coaching qualifications, required certifications, and coaching resources can be found on our website.
