Competitve Information

For the 2023/24 Season, MDRA will host tryouts for the following competitive teams:  U14A, U16A and U19A.

2023 Cost:

A tryouts: $90

Set of tryout jerseys: $50 (You only need to purchase if you don't already have an MDRA set of tryout jerseys)

U19A 

This year we are providing two warm up sessions. Your player can attend one of the warm up sessions, which is included in the $90 fee. If your player wishes to attend both sessions, there is an additional cost of $15 (for ice). These warm-ups are open to everyone registered and paid to tryout with MDRA.

• Sunday June 4th, 7:30pm at Fred G. Barret - West Rink

In House Assessments: 

• Tuesday June 6th, 6:15pm at Ray Friel Arena 3
• Thursday June 8th, 6pm at Minto Barrhaven South

Exhibition Games: 

• Monday June 12th, 6:15pm at Ray Friel Arena 3 - MDRA vs GCRA
• Thursday June 15, 5pm at Walter Baker Arena A - Nepean vs MDRA

For those players intending to tryout for a competitive team (U14-U16) next season, please complete the Eastern Region Tryout Form as soon as possible.  The information collected is how we will contact you and pass along any pertinent information.  Please have this form filled out as early as possible to help our volunteers to plan the tryout process.
